Mohammad Behnam Shadmehr

Mohammad Behnam Shadmehr is a Senior Applications Engineer who joined FBE in early 2003. He acquired math and engineering degrees at the University of Michigan before he was awarded his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering in 1992. Mohammad specializes in the mathematical modeling that underlies FBE software products.

Mohammad joined the EDS in 1993 and later joined Tom Goodman as a Knowledge Engineer on the ACE (Automatic Concurrent Engineering) team. He consulted on several ACE systems within Delphi Automotive Systems and the Ford Motor Company.

Before joining FBE, in addition to his EDS involvement with the ACE team, Mohammad has worked for various diverse organizations designing and developing software systems and analyzing engineering and financial problems. These include a New York based hedge fund, a small company specializing in miniaturization, a small telecommunications company, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Mohammad has also at times taught courses on programming at a local community college.
